Automatic wrap around belt driven adhesive bottle labeling machine is the most traditional method for applying labels to round products. The product is conveyed between a rotating belt and pressure pad in which it continues to move forward while rotating. At the beginning of the rotation, a label is dispensed and follows the product during rotation in order to wrap the label around the cylinder.
This automatic labeler is an automatic round bottle labeling machine and constructed with stainless steel and anodize aluminium components,labeling system is driven by servomotor, all remaining systems are driven by AC motors(all motors synchronized). It is equipped with speed adjustable container separation module integrated with the labeling system to assure correct bottle entry timing,equipped with speed adjustable wraparound label module for 360° perimeter application,equipped with a non-contact product sensor for label gaps and containers or optional build back sensor. The user friendly adjustment on the labeling head ensures that the label is applied precisely onto the container. Additional features include power assisted web take up, PLC control and user friendly HMI, The easy to use design makes it simple to change bottle and label sizes.
