Blowing-Filling-Capping Combiblock is an high efficiency and high automation integrated system. It integrated bottle blowing system, filling system and capping system in one unit; reduced the middle steps of empty bottle transmission, empty bottle handling, accumulating and storing; improved the sanitary condition of packing; cutted down the cross contamination; enhanced the whole line running efficiency and greatly reduced the energy consumption; therefore it reduced the comprehensive cost for drinks factory.
In the oven, the preforms move forward and rotate themselves to make every part of the bottle have the same temperature. After heating, the preforms have elastomeric property, so the preforms can be stretched biaxial. For the soft drinking bottles the range of temperature is 90~100℃, while for hot filling bottles the range is 110~120℃. The heat of the oven is controlled by the quantity of the working lamps, thewhole setting temperature and the power of the oven.
The main blowing wheel of the bottle blowing machine adopts a rotary mechanical compensation water jacket. Its biggest advantages are high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, adaptability to different liquid media, self-adjusting mechanical compensation with the sealed structure, and a working life of more than 20,000 hours (that is more than 3 years).
Part of the air source inlet and outlet device of the main blowing wheel of the bottle blowing machine adopts a rotary dynamic and static sealing air jacket (patented product). The rotary sealing part of the intake core shaft adopts a specially processed ceramic cold-plating process to ensure that the core shaft and the air jacket move at a relatively high speed. No heat, no leakage, each air chamber is sealed reliably, and the working life is more than 20,000 hours (that is more than 3 years).

Automatic rotary blowing machine is successfully developed and researched by our company by absorbing the most advanced bottle producing technology in the world. It’s mainly made of hopper, elevating system, lining device, oven and mainframe, electrical controlling system and pneumatic controlling system.
The blowing part adopts a high-pressure air recovery device, which recovers the high-pressure air and using for pre-blowing and machine operating. If the user uses a large amount of air and the equipments are large, the excess air can be drawn out or connected in series to external equipments through a specially designed air jacket, the energy saving effect is quite obvious.
It is detected that the preform is too small, the lotus head can not be inserted into the preform, the lotus head is lifted, and the proximity switch detects the signal to the PLC. Preform pop-up cylinder, the perform with small bottle mouth was detected in the front, the cylinder push up above track thus unloading the unqualified performs through the discharge sleeve.
The main blowing wheel of blowing unit adopts a pressure detection device to detect unqualified formed bottles, with photoelectric detection, rejection of unqualified bottles through a specially designed rejection device, reliable performance and no dead angle.
The mold material is made of stainless steel magnesium alloy, which makes the bottle surface smooth and sharp. The mold adopts a special circulating cooling water channel design to shorten the forming time of the bottle and ensure the quality. Excellent technicians, precise machining systems, well processing technology and perfect after-sales system ensure the quality of each mold.
The operating system adopts the international brand Siemens, and the performance of the bus communication protocol is stable and reliable. The low-voltage control part uses American AB, with high control accuracy and strong stability.
The automatic blowing machine control system is composed of SIEMENS HMI (Human Machine Interface), SIEMENS industrial control system (PLC system) and related control and inspection execution. All operations such as equipment startup, shutdown, heating adjustment, etc. can be fully automated through HMI operation.
Bottles enter the filler, be retained by neck supporting carrier plates, which are actuated by bottle carrier mechanism to raise them by cam. The filling ways adopt isotonic filling. Filling valves are opened by bottle presence signals. When the liquid volume reaches to required, it will stop filling. After finishing filling, valves are closed by automatic, automatic exhaust, to complete the filling process. Bottle carrier mechanism is lowered by a cam to disengage filled bottles with filling valves. Then bottles are transferred into the capper by a neck handling star wheel. Valve on-off system is driven by automatic. High-speed and highly accurate flow-meter valves ensure no loss of liquid at high speed.
Capping machine adopts widely used tower transmission unit. On top of capping machine, it adopts high precision rotary structure to support; meanwhile, in order to increase the stability, it adds bedplates on the bottom to support; that enhanced the rigidity of capping unit and benefitted to guarantee capping effect. Capping head adopts Italian AROL company technology. Screwing unit adopts adjustable magnetic clutch, according to parameter requirements of caps, screwing force can be continuously adjusted between 0.6-2.2 N.m; when screwing force is higher than set value, screwing head implements idle running automatically, it will not result in cap abrasion, cap qualified rate is higher than 99%.
Lifting the caps into capsunscrambler automatically. When the sensor of capsunscramblerdetects no enough caps in unscrambler, then the sensor will transmit this information to PLC and PLC will give a order to cap lifter of working. The lifter feed the caps into capsunscrambler automatically, when it is enough, the lifter stop working.With Germany Autonics photoelectric sensor.
