The customer is from the Altay Region of Xinjiang and plans to launch a juice production line with oranges as the raw material, aiming for a production capacity of 2 tons per hour. The customer expects the production line to operate efficiently and stably to meet their production needs.

To ensure the efficiency and stability of the production line, the Chief Engineer personally visited Altay, Xinjiang, for an on-site inspection to gain a deep understanding of the factory layout and customer requirements. Through in-depth communication with the customer, the engineer customized a complete juice production line equipment process.

Starting from the raw material reception of oranges, removal of branches and leaves, washing and lifting, to crushing and juicing, juice filtration, and then degassing and sterilization, the engineer precisely designed and customized each piece of equipment according to the production needs. Based on the construction drawings of the production workshop, the engineer conducted a detailed analysis and optimization of the equipment layout to ensure that every link of the production line is efficiently connected.

Through professional design and manufacturing, we successfully customized a rational equipment process solution for the customer, helping them achieve large-scale juice production to meet market demand.
