In May 2023, we welcomed a client from Uganda who was looking to introduce an advanced water and CSD (Carbonated Soft Drink) beverage production line. After our initial contact, we quickly established a close communication channel with the client. Through continuous exchanges, our team gained a deep understanding of the client’s needs and provided them with professional market analysis and project feasibility recommendations. Leveraging our expertise and precise grasp of the client’s requirements, we successfully won their trust.

From August 2023 to February 2024, after six months of meticulous preparation and hard work, we successfully completed the delivery of the equipment. To enable the client to start production as soon as possible, our engineering team worked overtime to complete the final commissioning tests before the equipment was containerized. During the commissioning process, we strictly followed the original manufacturer’s technical and quality standards. We also shared real-time videos of the commissioning process with the client to ensure their complete satisfaction with the equipment’s performance and condition before containerization.

During the containerization process, we provided comprehensive protection for the equipment, wrapping it entirely in film and placing it in sturdy wooden crates to ensure its safe transport.

After a month of transportation, the container with the equipment finally arrived in Uganda. However, our service was far from over. To help the client quickly launch the production line, we dispatched two experienced overseas engineers to the site. With over 20 years of experience in beverage machinery commissioning, these engineers have successfully completed commissioning work for numerous clients and have earned widespread acclaim.

With their assistance, we completed the commissioning of two 12,000 BPH carbonated beverage lines in just 20 days and provided comprehensive training for the client’s engineers and staff. Our engineers documented the commissioning process in detail every day, with each record serving as a testament to the progress and success of the commissioning. These records not only enhanced the client’s trust in us but also further increased their satisfaction. The client was very satisfied with our service and expressed their desire to entrust us with their next high-capacity juice production line project.
